Sugar Free Meethi Lassi


Ingredients
Curd: 500gms
Iced water: 250 ml
Kesar strands: 1 ½ tbsp
Boiling water: 1 tbsp
Ground Cardamom: ½ tbsp
Sugar free Gold: 6measures or as per taste
Method: Mix the kesar strands with the boiling water. Leave to strand. Blend together the yoghurt, Iced water, Sugar free Gold, Cardamom powder. Stir in the saffron and water. Mix and pour over crushed ice.
